Grant schemes currently provided by the local authority are:

Housing adaptation (HAGS)-Works under this grant include extensions typically bedroom/bathroom, adaptations to facilitate wheelchair access, stairlifts, ramps.

Mobility Aid Grant (MAGS)-Works under this work include grab rails, access ramps, level access showers and stairlifts.

Housing Aid for older people (HOPS)-Works under this grant include structural repair and improvements, repairing or replacing of windows and doors
